So, what is the simplest/cheapest all in one software that will accept telephone input if I have not answered the phone, give a message, record an incoming message, decide if it is actually a fax and not a voice message, and save the fax message, and even resend the fax ?

I assume that the fax would be saved in either word or pdf format so that I can either save or edit it for retransmission.
