How to use the Forum : Retrieving a lost password.
If you forget your password the forum will e-mail you a new one, here’s how.
Go to the Forum
Click on “Click here to retrieve password”. In the next screen you enter your user name and the e-mail address you used to register.
Click on submit and the Forum will send you an e-mail with a new password. If you use the wrong.user name this screen will appear,
Once you have used the correct user name and e-mail address, the Forum will send you a new password
Once you get your e-mail, copy the password and open the Forum. You can click on the link in the e-mail.
Once you have logged in you should go to the User Menu and change your new password.
Click on “Change your password”. The user name and password screen open up and you can paste in your new password again.
Paste in the e-mailed password and select a new one. enter it again and click “Update my password”
Your password is now re-set.
