Seth took us through the 'ins & outs' of LogMeIn Pro and showed us how limitless the applications of his software are. Because it enables remote access it can be used by every piece of hardware that connects to the internet. Vehicle-bound servicemen can access their work computers, support staff can sort out problems on blackberries by being granted access by the owner, the man on the road can log in to his home computer to download his emails, web surf, and transfer needed files from that computer to his laptop. The Pro version even has the facility for people to transfer photographs to the website for easy download for all those to whom they send the link.
LogMeIn comes as a free version without all the 'Bells & Whistles', LogMeIn Pro costs $84 per year per computer, but the website has a special offer 5 PC's for $23.75/month (or $240/year).
